General conditions and terms of use
Introduction
We believe the Yibb can make learning to snowboard more fun and more safe. This however also requires the right use of the Yibb by the user. Read the conditions and rules carefully. And after having done so, enjoy the Yibb!
These Rules apply when using the Yibb:
1. The Yibb is not suitable for children under the age of 4
2. The Yibb should be used under guidance of an experienced snowboarder or certified instructor
3. We advise Yibbers to follow the 7 step Yibb learning method
4. We advise Yibbers to adhere to the 5 Yibb commandments
5. Always obey the rules of the ski domain
6. Always obey the instructions of the ski domain personnel or instructor
7. Use the Yibb to practice your snowboarding technique, don’t use it for fast downhill boarding.
8. Don’t use the Yibb for freestyle tricks.
9. Don’t let kids under 10 play with the Yibb unattended
10. Always under all circumstances use the leash
11. Only one person per Yibb
12. Use only on slopes marked ‘green’, ‘beginner’ or ‘easy’
13. Only use the ski lift only after asking permission from lift personnel

As with any sport, snowboarding (and thus also boarding with the Yibb) involves personal risk and responsibility. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the inherent risk of snowboarding. Snowboarding may result in personal injury to or the death of the user of this product or others, injury or death may result from weather and snow conditions, excessive speed, collision with inanimate objects or other persons, and operator inexperience, error or abuse of the product.
Snowboarding alone places the operator at increased risk because a rescue will be more difficult to accomplish. This product should not be used by any person who is under the influence of alcohol, medication or illicit drugs. Snowboarders should follow the skier responsibility code.

Our Yibb has been manufactured by the most modern methods. The manufacturer guarantees unobjectionable material and immaculate production for 24 months, beginning from the day or purchase, to the following conditions of the terms of use included with your purchase.
Complaints which are due to faults of material or manufacturing will be compensated free of charge.
Merely the transport will be affected on the buyers account and on his own risk. Complaints have to be reported immediately. The claim to warranty will become invalid by engagement of the buyer or third parties. Damage caused by wrong installing, false serving or higher force won’t be guaranteed. We reserve the right to repair or exchange defective parts. The exchanged parts become our property. The warranty time will not be prolonged or renewed in case of compensation has been effected. A reduction of the purchase price or revocation of the sales contract can only be demanded if the manufacturer considers an exchange or a repair not to be adequate. The claim of compensation with regard to following damages is, as long as they are due to gross negligence, excluded. The warranty claim has to be provided with the completely filled in guarantee card and receipt of purchase effected.
